  It was my first time to use this spa place and first time to get lash curl and tint I used a young lady named Renee and she was AMAZING !! From entering the facility to check out. She explained everything in detail what it consisted of and once she started she told me each step of the way what she was doing and what the product could or couldn’t do. Her after care instructions were on point as well. She ask me several times was I ok / comfortable. She made me feel so welcoming and calmed my nerves. Her mannerism was out of this world and the care she gave to me. She took time to also explain other things the spa offers and answered all my questions about it. I will 110% recommend this facility and esp Renee to anyone that ask. Thank you and a huge Shout out to Renee your awesome !!!

  Loved the customer service, they are all very hospitable! The place is also stunning, and I love the pink everywhere. I was I need of some pampering, and they really helped! I love the place and its people, I have already recommended to others!

  Love a good facial from Serenity Med Spa!! The girls are all so sweet, welcoming and do a wonderful job! You won’t be disappointed!

  I love this place! I’ve had several services here and always feel comfortable. There’s never any pressure to buy extra products or services, which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will definitely keep coming back.
