- SSSalJun 19, 20261.0The worst customer service 🙄. EVERY TIME I come here the employees (not sure they are actually makeup artists) are always at the register talking to each other instead of concentrating on the customers. When I come here, they are NEVER walking around asking customers who obviously appear to be looking for something if they need assistance. And they often look at you annoyed if you interrupt them. I am sure this store is losing lots of business. I just saw several people walking in circles who didn’t get help, including myself. I’m driving over to Ulta right now where I would rather be flooded with attention from people as I walk in the door. They are overly helpful and at least they usually know what they are talking about.

We were there for 20-30 minutes. The two girls were standing at the counter talking about another girl that had called in for her shift. I was trying to ask questions but they seems very engaged in the conversation they were having about the girl that had called in. When I was ready to checkout the cashier was short and not friendly at all.
