- HAHumna AlamMay 17, 20245.0i absolutely love my brows. i was super nervous at first as it was my first time but Ashley (my brow specialist) made me feel really comfortable and reassured me. i don’t know what sort of magic she has, but she KILLED it. i’m absolutely in love with my brows. she’s clean, fast, efficient and does it with precision. she’s definitely my new go-to brow girl. book with her, you won’t regret it at all i promise.

Was getting ready for a special ocasión, I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted I went to the Lewisville Ulta Salon and spoke with Bry who helped me choose the eyebrow tint that would be the best for my skin tone . Bry then explained the waxing and tinting procedure and was very professional! I was very pleased and excited about my results. I was very excited when I called Bry and told her that after 2 months my eyebrows stilled looked great! I will definitely recommend Bry to all my friends!

Bry was very gentle and I did not feel any discomfort with the wax as I normally do at other brow locations. She also suggested some great Benefit products to accentuate my eyes. I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to schedule another appointment with her. I definitely will recommend her to family and friends.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
