I really wanted to love Prime IV because my first two visits were great. The nurses have been kind, and I always feel better after my IV treatments. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have left me feeling disappointed. A few days ago, I booked a 6:00 p.m. IV appointment through the online scheduling system. The website lists the treatment as taking about an hour, and the business closes at 7:00 p.m. I received a confirmation, but just a couple of minutes later I got a phone call saying they couldn’t honor my appointment because there wouldn’t be enough time to complete the IV before closing. I was confused because the system even offered appointments as late as 6:30 p.m. I asked if I could leave immediately and arrive early, but the response was hesitant. I ended up canceling because I wasn’t able to easily reschedule due to work and my kids’ sports schedules. Today was the only time I could make another appointment, so I booked a 5:30 p.m. slot. I arrived on time but wasn’t started until about 5:55 p.m. The staff apologized for the delay, which I appreciated, and my nurse was excellent. My treatment went well, and I finished shortly after 7:00 p.m. This is where I became even more confused. Just a few days earlier, I had been told my 6:00 p.m. appointment couldn’t be honored because there wouldn’t be enough time to complete my IV before closing. Yet on this visit, my 5:30 p.m. appointment didn’t even begin until nearly 6:00 p.m., and I still finished after the clinic had officially closed. That inconsistency made it difficult to understand why my original appointment had been canceled in the first place. My frustration continued during checkout with who I believe is the owner. There was confusion about what was included with my membership, specifically regarding the NAD+ injection. I asked whether it was included as one of my membership benefits, but there seemed to be a misunderstanding, and I was told it would cost an additional $65. Rather than trying to sort it out, I declined the injection. As I was leaving, he repeatedly asked me to leave a Google review. I politely responded, “Maybe later,” but he continued asking several more times—even as I was walking out the door and toward my car. After already having a frustrating experience with scheduling earlier in the week and then waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, being repeatedly asked for a review made me feel uncomfortable. Reviews should come naturally from a customer’s experience, not because they feel pressured. I actually left feeling good physically because the IV and the nurse were great. However, I left emotionally frustrated. By the time I got home, I found myself in tears while explaining the experience to my husband. That was disappointing because the quality of the treatment itself wasn’t the issue—the customer service experience before and after the IV was. My biggest suggestions would be to fix the online scheduling system so customers can’t book appointments that the clinic isn’t able to honor, ensure everyone clearly understands membership benefits to avoid confusion at checkout, and please don’t pressure customers to leave reviews. If the experience is excellent, people will gladly leave one on their own. I recently signed a six-month membership because I genuinely believed this would become part of my wellness routine. Unfortunately, after these recent experiences, I’ve decided I’ll be canceling my membership and paying the early termination fee. While I hate having to lose that money, I’d rather do that than continue feeling frustrated every time I need to book an appointment or visit the clinic. It’s unfortunate because the nurses have been wonderful, and the IV treatments themselves have been beneficial. My concerns have been with the scheduling process, communication regarding membership benefits, and the pressure I felt to leave a Google review. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I believe these are issues that can be fixed, and they would make a difference in the overall customer experience.

We had an amazing experience at Prime IV in Leander (Southbrook)! The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to purchase additional services. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the massage chairs are absolutely incredible—I could have stayed in mine all day! I felt noticeably better after my very first IV session and I’m looking forward to making it part of my wellness routine. If you’re considering trying IV therapy, I highly recommend Prime IV Leander. Fantastic staff, relaxing environment, and an overall wonderful experience.
