I felt dismissed when I tried to discuss it and left feeling that retaining me as a client wasn't important. That same day, I gave both unopened products to another Restore client who was checking out. UPDATE: Portions of my original review were written while I was angry. I want to correct anything that went beyond what I could personally verify while still accurately describing my experience. I returned four days after purchasing two unopened skincare products. I understand a business can have an all-sales-final policy; my concern is that I wasn't informed of it before purchasing. When I asked Stephanie, “Shouldn't there be a sign?” she pointed to a sign lying flat on the counter and referred to their “beautiful sign.” Another employee had checked me out on the opposite side of the counter, where it wasn't visible. No one verbally informed me of the policy. I am accustomed to seeing membership information displayed on Restore counters, so seeing papers on a counter would not have indicated to me that they contained a final-sale policy. I wanted to return the physical exfoliant because my dermatologist recommended I not use one. The Circadia Radiant Brightening Serum had been applied around my eyes during my facial, and later my eyes began burning and I had to wash it off. The bottle I purchased remained unopened, and I wasn't given the opportunity to explain the reaction. To clarify Restore's response, I never said Circadia was the inexpensive product I found online. I was referring to the COSRX peptide mask used during my facial, which I later found sold inexpensively online. I did become upset, but it was after Stephanie told me, “Here are your beautiful products. You can resell them online. You can leave now.” I found this extremely dismissive. I told her, “You are the only aesthetician. How am I supposed to trust you with my face?” I had already purchased additional services involving dermaplaning and no longer felt comfortable having her perform them. Stephanie walked away, and I called my husband near the checkout area to ask what I should do. She later returned and began speaking loudly to me while I was trying to hear him. I genuinely don't know what she was saying because I was focused on my husband. I responded loudly, “Excuse me, do you not see that I am speaking on the phone?” I did not yell at her. While waiting for requested documents, I was repeatedly told I could leave, and while standing and rocking my son, I was told to “sit over there.” I also want to correct one statement from my original review. I said it seemed Stephanie was “up to the same schemes here.” That was an inference I should not have made, and I retract it. I do not have evidence the same practices were occurring at Restore. However, the conversation I referenced did occur. Stephanie previously told me she disliked that her former workplace charged approximately $10,000 for yearly memberships while using inexpensive products and selling products she described as poor quality. She also told me she earned approximately $20/hour and was frustrated that she didn't receive sales commissions. Restore calls this an “alleged conversation,” so I want to be clear: I retract my inference about Restore, not my account of what Stephanie told me. Regarding the HydraFacial, I attempted to schedule it at least three times and was told at different times that parts hadn't been ordered or the machine wasn't working. I can only speak to my experiences, not the machine's entire operational history. Ultimately, this wasn't about getting my money back. I gave both unopened products that same day to another Restore client who was checking out. My concern remains that I wasn't informed of the final-sale policy before purchasing and felt dismissed when I returned four days later hoping to discuss a return.

Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
