  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this business exactly one time in January. I signed up for a membership, my body did not respond well to the treatment, and I immediately canceled. I never returned. Nearly six months later, their system somehow reopened my account and charged my card $170. The unauthorized charge was bad enough. What happened afterward was worse. I was promised a refund on Monday. More than four days later, I am still waiting for money that should never have been taken from my account in the first place. During that time, I was given excuse after excuse about internal system access issues. When I informed them that they needed to resolve the situation before I made it public, I received this response: “Today ended. I sorry you don’t understand it’s not possible until we have access. No threat will change that fact. We have no control over your actions, but we will let the process play out if you can’t respect the current situation. Your choice.” That message tells you everything you need to know about their customer service. No accountability. No urgency. No apology. No concern that they had taken money from a former customer who hadn’t used their services in nearly six months. Apparently “respect” means quietly waiting while they hold your money because of problems within their own business. Actual respect for a customer whose card was improperly charged seems to be lost on them. At this point, someone could have personally sent me the $170 through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or any number of other methods. Instead, I have spent days chasing money that should have been returned immediately. Mistakes happen. How a business responds to those mistakes is what matters. Do better. P.S. While I was writing this review, I received yet another text: “Your refund has been approved by the owner and will be processed as soon as logistically possible by the new manager after getting access to process. Again, we have no control over when she will receive access but it should be any day now. I can guarantee exercising more patience will result in a much quicker resolution of your request as any disputes will take months.” Read that again. A customer is told their money was taken in error. The refund is approved. The owner has approved it. Yet somehow nobody can actually issue it, nobody knows when it will happen, and the solution offered is for the customer to be more patient. The most concerning part is the implication that if I exercise my rights as a consumer, my money will be tied up even longer. That isn’t customer service. That’s an excuse for why a business still hasn’t corrected its own mistake. ***The response to their review does not have inconsistencies as the person responding does not have the unprofessional texts I’ve been receiving after 9pm from someone who conducts themselves like they are trying to set this business up for failure. Additionally I’ve found more fraudulent charges bringing the grand total I was charged for 1 IV to $605.00 Update: 8 days later… they’ve still done nothing not even communication citing additional delays

  The closest Locations to my home are in Louisiana. I have been to several locations and this one is my favorite by far!! I wish I lived closer! Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. I had a few simple request and they didn't hesitate to help me! The staff are very knowledgeable about the their products and services. Happy I tried them out while in town. I will definitely be back.

  Update…watch what you sign and ask to review membership documentation that is being signed. I was submitted a 21 page contract from my credit card company that was sent to them by this company. When you sign their key pad you need to be aware of what you are agreeing to. I personally was never given any of this information from this company. Also make sure you have in writing any freezing of your account or cancellations. I tried this place for 3 months and then cancelled my service because I didn’t see any difference or changes of improvement. January they started charging my credit card for services again without my knowledge or approval. Called twice to get this resolved but both times I was told they would have to call me back to no avail.

  Poor service and company refused to cancel my membership after I had been a customer for over a year. I contacted them to cancel and the rep lied and said the agreement I signed required me to come in person to cancel. I requested the agreement be sent to me and he said he would but never emailed it. I sent a email to their box twice requesting cancellation with the actual agreement, which doesn’t state in person cancellation and I never received a response. I called the business twice and request the manager who was never there so I left my number for him to call me back and never received a call. I emailed the corporate office and never got a response. It wasn’t until my 3rd call and threats of a law suit for breach of contract did they cancel the membership and the manager was too much of a coward to even call me back. He supposedly told the rep to go ahead and cancel the membership. Horrible business practices and a true lack of customer service. If you do business here be cautious with the lies and what they tell you. Also, know that there is no manager on duty ever and will never contact you back. Membership Account If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Restore Hyper Wellness and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Memberships are non-transferable. If a membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, Restore Hyper Wellness will not reimburse Subscriber for the remainder of paid month. Nor will reimbursements be made for memberships cancellations prior to monthly renewal date. Subscriptions are complimentary. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
