- BWBenge WilliamsMay 12, 20265.0My wife and I both enjoy our haircuts by Caitlin . I really liked that she went the extra mile to help me with my hair . I was complaining that I felt my hair was very dry in spite of using gallons of hair conditioner . She showed me the wax build build on my hair and explained why it was happening . She gave me recommendations on a better shampoo and conditioner for my hair . She also explained about clarifying my hair first to remove that waxy buildup and explained how it was smothering my scalp . My hair and scalp health has dramatically improved and although the shampoo and conditioner she recommended was a little more in price it actually last a lot longer and is saving me money in the long run . Thank you Caitlin for educating me on hair care

They were expensive and not that great. Rosie cuts my hair the way I ask and is actually less expensive than any of the others I tried. Tell her I sent you.

She’s helped myself and my gentlemen filled family with haircuts, bleaching, coloring (all the colors), styling, perming, and even advice on keeping my hair healthy between visits. She pays attention to detail, explains things clearly, and genuinely wants her clients to love their hair. She’s a book of knowledge, extremely talented, and a great person all around. 🤙🏽💛 She’s also great at nails. 😜

She was promoted and moved to a location much farther away and I don't mind making the drive. The location itself is great. It's always spotless, great atmosphere, and the entire staff is very courteous !! If you want a great cut at a great price in a great location, you need to visit.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
