I really like all the savings that Coles has but a pleasurable shopping experience what I need after a long day of work, with pleasant staff. She has the patience of a saint. I was undecided on a few items all the way up until right at the cash register she helped me.!

Had a gal sit on her phone the whole 20-ish mins while me and 5 or 6 other people sampled fragrances right next to her. She never popped her head up, never engaged with anyone. I had to interrupt her phone time to ask her to help me locate a product. She really didn't want to do it, but did, and went back to her phone. Super rude and unprofessional. Please hire better people!
- JBJennifer ByrdNov 22, 20242.0The ONLY reason I would even give 2 stars to the Sephora inside Kohls on 377 Keller Tx, is their products, and relative ease in finding them. There was 1 friendly, professional working the floor who was prompt in greeting me upon arrival, asking if she could assist me with anything. But after perusing various skin care products and taking my purchase to check out, my pleasant experience was totally ruined by a very unfriendly, 'judgy' associate at the register who not only was rude, after looking me up and down, turned around and whispered something to another person there and they both laughed at me. The name tag read Xiomara. I'm glad I could apparently give her a little chuckle in her day, but hope it was worth it because I reported her nasty attitude to corporate. And will take my business to the other local Sephora shop.
