The selection is great, but the customer service is nowhere near Midwest branches. I was there specifically there to look at Aveda, and an employee stood in front of the section with a cart the entire time I was in the store, despite me clearly looking at the items. The employee did not ask if I needed anything from the area, or even acknowledge my presence, although I was 1 of 3 customers in the store the entire time I was there on a Wednesday afternoon.
