I wasn't having the best day when I came in an hour or two ago and I was in tears, and regardless of the fact that my personal business isn't her problem, Anna gently pulled me aside and assisted me throughout my emotional outburst. She's incredibly caring, compassionate, and kind. This is the kind of behavior you wouldn't expect from a stranger, yet she stopped what she was doing to make sure I was okay. Amazing staff, took a shitty day and made it a great one.
