  To the manager: I really don’t get how a beauty store can be this dirty and disorganized, let alone the staff’s attitude. It should be an amazing space where women feel the magic of self-care, right? You carry big brands, but the displays are a mess and the testers are gross and damaged. I thought the staff’s job was to provide a great experience. A place like this should be where women feel empowered, but this Sephora just makes me want to shop elsewhere. It’s a real shame.

  Buenas tardes fui hoy a cambiar un producto y pedí hablar con alguien que hablara español para explicarle que quería devolverlo pero lo pagué con una tarjeta de regalo que no me devolvieron y la diferencia la pagué con mi tarjeta de débito ! Ella la devolvió toda a una gift card cuando ese no es el procedimiento debido y le dije que quería mi dinero devuelta en mi tarjeta y la otra parte en la gift card Ella hizo lo que quiso no me trató nada amable y llamó a la supervisora y no quisieron arreglar nada y la supervisora dijo que lo dejara así y me dijeron que no se podía y lo cargaron todo a la tarjeta de gift card ! Compraré de ahora en adelante online o iré a otra tienda Sephora que traten a los clientes con amabilidad ! Esto fue en el mall Katy el día de hoy 13 de septiembre 2026 ! No volveré a pisar esa tienda con gente que no saben tratar a los clientes de manera amable y profesional . Good afternoon, I went today to exchange a product and asked to speak with someone who spoke Spanish to explain that I wanted to return it. However, I originally paid with a gift card (which was not returned to me) and paid the difference with my debit card! She refunded the entire amount to a gift card, even though that is not the proper procedure, and I told her that I wanted my money back on my debit card and the remaining portion on the gift card. She just did whatever she wanted, was not nice at all, and called the supervisor. Neither of them wanted to fix anything; the supervisor said to just leave it like that, telling me it couldn't be done, and put the full amount onto a gift card! From now on, I will shop online or go to another Sephora store where they treat customers with kindness! This happened at Katy Mall today, September 13th, 2026! I will never set foot in that store again with people who don't know how to treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  Not like other sephoras . Staff not helpful . I asked a question , she acted as if I am A burden on her . She left me and disappeared . Houston has many other better sephoras .

  Similarly bad experience similar to one's I've read here online. Very dismissive, unhelpful and rude staff. I'd usually note a name or two but it has been so bad the last two visits that I've come to expect nothing else. It was truly convenience that brought me to this location but it will be intention that won't allow me to return. Side note, the manager was one of the inattentive staff. She was not engaged in work; she was walking around the store fixing her hair.
