- TJTiffani & JarvisMay 4, 20265.0I went to Great Clips (Katy Mills) for the first time yesterday (5/3/26). I had an amazing experience with Ms. Tanya who gave me a great haircut for my pixie style! She made me feel comfortable and educated me on ingredients and products that would help with my scalp issues. She was fast and efficient and most importantly listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it. As long as she is at that location I will always be back!

He was given what can only be described as a terrible mullet. Thankfully, another woman who doesn’t work there but was helping out today stepped in to fix it and even agreed it wasn’t done right. She did a much better job, and I really appreciate her effort, but the whole situation was frustrating and avoidable. First picture is what he wanted, second is what he got.

We’ve been coming since day one, and my girls always get fantastic, consistent cuts. The stylists are knowledgeable and so patient, and everyone is warm and welcoming. If you want a family-friendly spot that truly cares, this is the place!
- MBMaggie BedwanyApr 19, 20261.0Horrible experience We have been here so many times before for our kids. The last 2 times we came they dont want to work. They dont want to put any effort in it. They said we have to detangle the kids hair at home and come back. Seriously? Since when? Detangling their hair is 50% of the work. We have the hair shaving machine at home. Why would we comd back and pay all that money? This is redidulous. If they apply conditioner and have a little patience they can do it. But they dont want to. Never going back and telling everyone we know about this experience.
