I went in for a shorter cut, that would be a little above my shoulders for a vacation and family pictures walked out with a mullet bowl cut not even blended and it was short. I had to go spend more money getting it fixed at a differ salon and they just tell me that everyone gets the same schooling no matter what salon you go to. The store manager did even know anything about the issue on top of it; however she was pretty nice. But when I called to address for them to pay for the cut I had to get it fixed she sent me the info; however they are not willing to pay for it. I just think it was so unprofessional the fact the manager didn’t even know. Then there was on lady who tried to help fix it but honestly did nothing to really fix it. It was all not blended and not even what I showed her.
