  I've never been inside of a Sephora that I did not like, except this one. They were not very helpful. Only one of them spoke. I asked questions about beauty insider points and my birthday gift and I had to reask again because they didn't tell me that it was too late to get the birthday gift until I mentioned again. This is not my regular Sephora, I was passing through town and wanted to shop. The Glossier you 1.7 oz perfume I purchased smells awesome though.

  I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Stephanie. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She gave great recommendations and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her patience and friendly attitude—excellent customer service!

  Had such a great experience at Sephora. I came in to pick up my birthday gift, and Jennifer, the Beauty Advisor, made the visit even more special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and really knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the perfumes I was looking for and showed me several options until we found the right scent. She was very patient, and at the same time still managed to help other customers while checking in on me, which I really appreciated. She truly went above and beyond. She even created a custom fragrance by layering different perfumes, and I ended up loving it. Definitely recommend this Sephora location.
