The spa itself is very nice, and the hosts were great. However my 2-star review is for the 50 minute massage I booked which was extremely disappointing. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived about 15 minutes early. Masseuse didn't come get me until 10:05. She left me for about another 5 minutes to settle in the room - so it's probably about 10:10 at this point. The massage itself was great. But before I knew it, I could tell she was done because she was opening and closing drawers, putting things away, taking out a mint for me to "enjoy" once she left the room for me to change. I'm guess I was laying there for a few minutes waiting for her to wrap up at least. Once she left for me to get dressed, I look at my phone and it was 10:49. Amazing how she ended right on time. Needless to say, I think my $230 50-minute massage was closer to 30 minutes. Extremely disappointing and I feel a bit ripped off. Either advertise your massages with an asterisk that says the time includes getting dressed and undressed, or give your clients what they pay for. I expect better from Ritz Carlton.

We arrived 15 minutes late for a massage because we couldn't get done with out lunch on time upstairs (waiting for check and what-not). We were told our 50 minute massage would then just be 30 minutes. The right thing to do would have been to just cancel the appointment rather than charge me a full $350 for a couples massage that only lasted 30 minutes! That was fully taking advantage. Plus, it's a 5-star hotel. They need to plan to have extra therapists on hand in case people are late rather than giving terrible service and shaming you for being late. I then received the worst massage of my life (well second to worst) because the lady was rough and going so fast it actually stressed me out rather than relaxing me. I told them the service was bad at the front and they gave me a discount and said they would get back to me but didn't. I'm very disappointed. Not to mention the spa itself was NOT 5-star (or 4-star). It was in very much a need of a renovation. I was SO disappointed. And don't want anyone else wasting their time or money.

Had my first (def not my last) here. Stacy is amazing! Best massage I’ve EVER had!
