  I'm kinda surprise the reviews are so low as my experience was by far THE BEST sephora experience in the Dallas area, this Sephora is not close by us there's probably 8-10 closer options but I've made it a point to come here and see (I think she's the manager) Teresa. And maybe had I not been helped by her my experience would be different but oh my god she was the only person that actually helped me on my first visit find foundation I had already at this pont been to like 3-4 sephora and 3 Ulta and was so frustrated looking for tinted SPF/skin care and maybe foundation for my very dry skin. I'm Asian and my face unfortunately doesn't wear heavy makeup well so I go for lighter coverage.. im a mom so just bare minimum makeup to not scare the other kids lol she was the only one that actually started with "what's your skin care routine look like? What are you doing for your dry skin?" which I never really thought about nobody even bothered asking.. so not only did she help me with the dry flakey skin, she actually took me around the store and applied different options after putting on moisturizer and toner and gave me a few options depending on my preference,I was gobsmacked needless to say I bought everything she recommended and left EXTREMELY thrilled and a loyal customer. She gave me a few samples to try for different cleansers and I just went back again to buy the full size of the Dermalogica cleansing gel kit (it's like magic I stupidly got some other gentle cleanser thinking it'd be the same and nothing gives you that smooth clean feeling that this does, it's 100% worth it) that she gave me and it was like seeing an old friend, she reminded me about my birthday gift and helped pick it out this amazing hair kit which I used and am blown away, honestly will prob be back to buy the full product, she is absolutely incredible at her job and literally makes you feel like part of the family. Thank you again Teresa! You literally made my day!

  First time I wanted to buy some cosmetics for myself, and my wife was blabbering all day about, and I took her today to this location to buy some cosmetics for me and the main lady didn’t even bothered to look at us and she just shut us out. So every time my wife buys something from this Sephora, I’m going to tease her and make her feel bad so she herself will boycott Sephora and remember guys respect is something which needs to be added..

  Customer service is lacking. And something is wrong with their phone system - I can’t hear them on the other end. It sounds like they’re underwater with cotton in their mouth

  I went in yesterday for a gift for Mother’s Day & the young lady helping me was so polite & kind! She was handling the front counter & running the floor, & yet she was so nice! Will definitely be coming back
