    I visited Sephora today looking for help finding a foundation. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I approached an employee and showed her a photo while asking a simple question about a product. Instead of being helpful, she seemed annoyed and made a facial expression that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited other Sephora locations before, and the employees are usually friendly, approachable, and willing to assist customers. However, at this store, several employees appeared to be standing around talking and joking with each other instead of helping customers. As a customer, I expected better service and guidance, especially when I was actively seeking assistance. I left the store feeling frustrated because I did not receive the help I needed. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so future customers have a better experience.

    This was by far the dirtiest Sephora I have ever been to. Trash bins filthy and overflowing at multiple stations where you get the sponges and many testers were grossly dirty. You can tell they don't upkeep cleanliness. Many employees standing around and one even watched me struggle to shove a dirty sponge in a trash can and just kept talking to coworker. Had to ask for a basket, had to wait for a worker to stop talking so I could check out. Worst experience I've ever had.

    If I can give no stars I would. Cashier was very rude I stated I was doing a DoorDash paid for the order and she proceeded to staple the bag multiple times, I’ve done orders in other locations and they only stapled the receipt to the bag and when I asked about the over stapling she stated very rudely with a ugly face I have to. FYI I don’t wear make up at all and there was no need for the rudeness

    This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Sephora. My friend and I visited the store for something very simple: a foundation shade match. We came specifically because we wanted professional guidance. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, we were met with an associate who was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment she started assisting us. At one point, we asked about trying a lighter shade. Rather than politely explaining why another shade might be a better match, she gave us a judgmental look that made us feel as though we were stupid for not knowing our exact shade. If customers already knew everything about foundation matching, they wouldn’t need to come to Sephora for assistance in the first place. The interaction became even more uncomfortable when discussing color correction. Instead of asking questions about our needs or recommending products professionally, she abruptly said, “I don’t know if you guys have a color corrector at home or not.” Rather than making a helpful suggestion or politely recommending a product that could address our concerns, the comment came across as dismissive and unhelpful. There was no attempt to educate, assist, or provide recommendations in a professional manner. The tone felt condescending and rude. What bothered me most was not just the lack of customer service, but the way we were treated throughout the entire interaction. We felt judged, embarrassed, and humiliated. Sephora promotes itself as an inclusive and welcoming beauty retailer, but this experience was the complete opposite. The associate’s attitude made us feel uncomfortable enough to question whether we were being treated differently than other customers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. No customer should leave a store feeling belittled for asking basic questions or seeking help. I hope management addresses this issue seriously and ensures that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
