  This was the worst salon I have ever been to. The lack of time consideration or customer service skills was appalling. My daughter and I both had appointments for 230pm today. We showed up early and shopped around the store while we waited. We were told to go ahead and sign in and we wouldn’t have to wait until 2:30pm. The woman at the counter stated my daughter had an appt with one stylist and I had an appointment with her. We said okay and waiting. At 2:57pm she decided to take a walk in and leave us sitting there. Then came out and said “Oh you’ll both be with so and so now”. 3:30pm the stylist, not the stylist we were told that was now helping us, said I’ll take one of you. My daughter proceeds to stand up where she states “oh this will be an extra $10. Her hair is long.” My 13 yo daughter’s hair is just past her shoulders. We were booked for the $12 back to school cuts. No where does it state an extra $10 fee applied for length of hair. The Back to School cut was supposed to include a wash, blow dry and cut. The woman never even sat my daughter in a chair. She had her stand and trimmed her dry hair. 5 minute service. At this point, I cancelled my haircut. When I asked why I was paying for services that weren’t rendered she replied, “oh her hair was clean,” that’s not what we paid for. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. Theft of Services Not rendered, hidden fees, and a waste of time. Three hours of our time for less than average services. Beware. I could maybe understand if they were busy but that simply wasn’t the case & doesn’t explain an appointment being skipped over and pushed for a walk in. Deerbrook Mall Location.

  I went in today for an appointment I had for a haircut. I made it with Twyler. Let me tell you right now, I LOVED IT!! She took her time and didn't rush and was very patient and understood what I wanted. This women knows what she is doing because I was so happy on how my hair turned out!! I was scared it wasn't going to look well but she did her thing!!! I am for sure going to recommend her and book with her in the future. I think I have found my hairstylist. Thanks Twyler!!
