From the relaxing hot towel service to her incredible attention to detail, the entire experience was top-notch. She took the time to really listen, offered thoughtful and insightful feedback, and gave me great advice on keeping my hair healthy while continuing to grow it out. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and extremely happy with my haircut. Jenna definitely gained a new client—I highly recommend her!
