Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Jennifer. She really knew how to find and work out the tight spots without overdoing it. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had.

The spa services themselves are top tier but administratively they could use some training. I had a very concerning experience at the Galleria location that I feel I need to share.
My family and I were told my account was flagged due to purchasing too many gift cards, which I bought as gifts for visiting relatives. Management (David) condescendingly mentioned it was flagged by “corporate security,” but when I contacted both the Woodlands and Vintage locations, they confirmed there were no alerts or flags on my account.
I was willing to verify my identity in person and even offered to show the card used for the purchases, but I was still told my account was flagged. I was also told there had been recent fraud concerns at that location, which made the situation feel like an assumption was being made about my transaction. It felt very race driven unfortunately. I asked why was my account flagged just for 2000 in purchases and David stated the owner decided to flag my account and didn't need to give a reason.
After further follow up, I was later told there wasn’t a specific reason for the flag and that I could continue using my card for future purchases. I found the communication inconsistent and frustrating.
In contrast, my experiences at the Vintage and Woodlands locations were extremely positive smooth service, professionalism, and very welcoming staff. I’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of at those locations.
Because of this, I would strongly recommend the Woodlands or Vintage locations, and I personally would avoid the Galleria location based on my experience especially when I was being told that my account was flagged because they suspected fraud when I indeed offered to bring the card and id in person to prove my identity. No one should have to be profiled as potential fraud just because. They need some training and it was blamed on the owner and her decision to Flag my account even after I told them that corporate security not flag my account because I spoke with several other locations the same day to confirm there was no issue. they never apologized for making an assumption. Again it's sad that in 2026 you can be profiled as potential fraudulent activity for trying to treat your family to a nice time. AS I said the other locations were extremely welcoming and kind. Choose to spend you money where your respected. The vintage and the woodlands location are family owned and seem to care about their clientele than this location at the galleria.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We welcome guests aged 12 and older. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the visit, and some services may require a signed parental consent form. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
All guests using a Woodhouse Spa gift card as a form of payment are required to present a valid physical ID at check-in. This ID will be scanned and filed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
A 20% service charge is applied at the end of service(s) and goes directly to the service provider. Gratuities in addition to the 20% service charge are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
