I had the absolute best experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The entire place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing. One of my favorite little touches was the lavender-scented hand towels—they smelled so good and even left my hands smelling like lavender afterward.
I treated myself to a hot stone massage and a facial, and both were incredible. The massage was so relaxing, and my facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I also spent time in the salt room and the relaxation room, and they truly lived up to their names. They were peaceful, calming, and the perfect way to unwind.
Yes, it's a little pricey, but in my opinion, it's worth every penny for the quality of the experience and the level of relaxation you receive. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit.

Trinity was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable about my full body massage. I was extremely sore, bruised from a fall and my body was aching all over… she was direct, sensitive and had a magic touch that was desperately needed. She was fragile but used a perfect pressure my body tolerated and respected ! She is a keeper and would return to her if I lived here in Houston! This message was indeed a true highlight of my stay here..!

Firstly, I just have to say David, David, David! If you’re confused, go to this spa and ask for David and you will understand lol. David is the gentleman at The Woodhouse Spa-Galleria who helped me plan this spa night experience for myself and some of my friends and he is one of the biggest reasons why we had the great time that we did.
David was personable and informative as soon as I met him over the phone and he made the whole planning process seamless and fun. He was also at the spa the day we had our ‘Spa in the City’ experience and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. He was also absolutely hilarious which made our evening even more enjoyable.
We enjoyed the massages, salt bath, & sauna which were part of our package and the dinner was a great addition as well. But the complimentary mimosas were an awesome surprise and treat. Totally recommend this for ladies who want to enjoy a longer spa day experience with their closest friends, especially for a bachelorette party or a fun birthday experience. Make an appointment today! You won’t regret it!

5 stars for the services I got, the massage therapist (Mark), the esthetician (Dani), and the front desk person that helped me book my appointments. Mark was great, he communicated the services well and was all around awesome. I left him super relaxed and feeling great. Dani was also lovely. She was very attentive and kind. My skin felt great after. The front desk person that helped me book my same day service, I didn’t catch her name but very petite girl with long dark hair. She was also very kind and explained services to me and helped me get a spa day scheduled of 3 services. Later in the day she even remembered me by name and wished me well on my way out.
1 star for the front desk person who checked me in and out. She instantly forgets you, which I don’t feel is ideal for the service industry. There were some issues with the start time of my service and maybe 20 minutes after she checked me in, she asked me if I was okay and if I finished my service. I told her I was okay and I had not had my service. She said she would go check on that. She left for a few minutes came back and asked again then asked my name. A man who I believe is the manager came up and apologized for the delay and offered complimentary sauna and salt room sessions along with a bottle of champagne to take home for the inconvenience. Which was super kind but I didn’t get any of those things. It was not communicated how to go about redeeming the sauna and salt room sessions because it’s my understanding those are booked times. When I finished my final service I went to the bathroom and I guess that signaled the end. At check out I patiently waited until they finished checking out other people and the person that checked me in then said she would check me out. She asked my name, I gave it and she looked confused at the computer and called the petite girl up to help and she said “no it’s Theresa”. I let them know I did not take advantage of any of the things the manager (I pointed to him as he walked to the back) had offering me and she asked if I didn’t have one of services. I said no I did but he had offered me additional services because my appointments had to be moved back, that I didn’t get those.
I am a very understanding person and didn't mind the scheduling delay because things happen and my providers were excellent. Shout out to Mark, who I ran into in the parking lot; he checked in on me and promised to relay this feedback to management. The practitioners here are top-tier, but that one front desk person who handled the check-in/check-out process brought down the vibes significantly.

I usually love all Woodhouse spa locations, but this one was not to my liking at all in the quiet room. There were guests, taking pictures and talking loud and talking on the phone. When I was getting my massage, people were passing by the door, talking loud where I could hear them I’m not sure if it was because the quiet room is located in the middle of the spa and you have to pass the massage treatment rooms to get to the bathroom/ changing room…. But I did not care for this location. My spa professional also used a hot stone, but when the stone cooled off did not use a new one. And on top of that, it’s an automatic 20% gratuity which my service was $270 and it made her gratuity $54. I don’t have an issue with the price of gratuity, but if the spa professional is not that good, then I want to pay what I would like to pay and I really don’t like having to get a manager to dispute that, but in this case I did. I was offered an upgrade if I book here again at the same price, but this is my last time at this location I prefer the Woodhouse spa in the Woodlands or the vintage location. David made everything work out wonderfully

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We welcome guests aged 12 and older. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the visit, and some services may require a signed parental consent form. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
All guests using a Woodhouse Spa gift card as a form of payment are required to present a valid physical ID at check-in. This ID will be scanned and filed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
A 20% service charge is applied at the end of service(s) and goes directly to the service provider. Gratuities in addition to the 20% service charge are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
