  I have to give a huge shoutout to Bryan at Therapy Hair Studio. From the second I walked in, his personality immediately made me feel comfortable and confident I was in the right place. He took the time to really walk me through different options for my hair and beard instead of just rushing through the appointment, and he absolutely nailed it. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he worked fast while still paying attention to every detail. The studio itself was awesome, very clean, great atmosphere, and every single person there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What’s crazy is I actually found Therapy Hair Studio through ChatGPT. I explained my hair situation, concerns, style, and what I was looking for, and ChatGPT narrowed down stylists that would fit me best… and it was dead on. Bryan was exactly who I needed. Highly recommend Bryan and the entire team at Therapy Hair Studio. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a stylist.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I want to clarify this is for the stylist that completely destroyed my hair. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH KARLA! I visited the salon twice for a root touch up and trim before I agreed for a more significant change. During these visits, I brought multiple pictures and videos to make sure I was clearly expressing what I wanted. My hair was In extremely good condition. After Karla finished my color, she also applied a Brazilian blowout. I’ve had this done numerous times at other salons with no problem I am not certain if it was Karla’s lack of skill or the products that she used, but she completely destroyed my hair leaving me no choice but to go somewhere else where they had to cut off over 4 inches and apply a color dark enough to cover the Atrocious job she had done. When I sent pics of my hair she said she would refund only a partial amount of the price I paid. No offer to help otherwise nor acceptance of responsibility of what they did.. This still left a significant bill along with the large cost I am still paying to try to repair my hair. I cannot speak for other stylist but owners of salon should have reached out and made some attempt to make it right. This is suppose to be a Premium salon which is why I used it. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

  I’ve been going here for many years. I went to the original location and have seen many of the hairstylists because they are All good. I have been better about booking in advance so now my mainstay is Kelsey champion and David Bamford haircut - they are my glam squad. I also highly recommend Violetta for hair wash! Man she gives an incredible head massage and takes her time. I ONLY have good hair because of them. I’ve got the worst hair naturally but get compliments on my hair which says a lot about their magical skills! Highly recommend this place and I love the guys at the front desk!
