Big shoutout to Dazia on May 16 for helping me choose a graduation gift! She was so helpful in explaining the different kinds of skin care and had so many great recommendations! Thank you, Dazia!! I highly recommend asking for Dazia when you're there!

I keep giving this Sephora location chance after chance; however, they continue to let me down. The customer service is awful. Every time I come here, there never seems to be enough staff working. There’s usually only one person at the register, which causes the line to wrap around the store almost every visit. Most recently, I came in looking for help with makeup products. A guy approached me whose makeup was flawless, so I thought, “Okay, he probably knows his stuff and can help me.” He asked what I was looking for, and while I was in the middle of explaining my needs, another associate walked up and he suddenly said, “She’ll help you.” I was confused because he was already assisting me. He then said he was the manager. So managers can’t help customers? Overall, it was just another disappointing experience. At this point, I’ll continue driving to the River Oaks location because the Heights location consistently falls short. Based on the overall Google reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only person having these experiences.

So much potential. Sadly, the reviews are correct. On a Saturday afternoon they have 1 new trainee checking people out while the line is over 6+ ppl deep.

I genuinely hate this location. The staff is rude and they are constantly sold out of everything. Don't waste your time going here, they won't have anything in stock.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!! Absolute horrible service, yes employees are very attentive but overall annoying they make the experience overwhelming enough and I understand it’s their job but today I felt like the line was crossed. Has 5 employees in the span of 5 minutes come up to me and asked if i needed help. I wasn’t there to pick up much and they asked me if i wanted a bag and I politely said no thank you and practically shoved the bag on me and said u already have ur hands full. The same person was following us around and asking questions and that was my breaking point i told the person I was with let’s go this is so uncomfortable. I gave them one product and told them to put it back and i’ll put the rest and leave and as doing so they followed us around and rushed to the front of the store and saw me putting the stuff back and turned to leave but with the most sarcastic tone they told me “Let me know if you like the foundation” like what? Now you are accusing me of stealing when they were clearly following me around the store, The product they accused me of the person i was with had it then i told them in our native language to just put it back don’t want it anymore and I think they misplaced it somewhere else. I just smiled and left and never coming back.
