  I’m a Rouge member and a longtime Sephora lover, and unfortunately, this Sephora location has by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Sephora. I’ve visited locations all over the world, and the difference in service is honestly shocking. The customer service at this location consistently takes away from what should be an enjoyable beauty experience. I genuinely dread having to come here, especially because it’s the closest location to me. This isn’t an isolated experience—it’s an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. I truly hope Sephora takes a closer look at the level of service being provided at this location because something needs to change.

  This place has a lot going on but their associate team is very attentive, checking in to make sure you're finding everything, and letting you know they will be right with you when they are busy. Tamara is so good at color matching!

  Hands down the most obnoxious employees ! never in my life have I dealt with such blatant disrespect
