Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience shopping here. The associate accidentally sold me a texturizing spray instead of the dry shampoo I had asked for. I understand that honest mistakes happen, so that part wasn’t my biggest issue.
What was frustrating was finding out I couldn’t return the product because of Sephora’s 30-day return policy. I missed the return window by just one week, and now I’m stuck with a product I have no use for. To make matters worse, the 30-day return policy wasn’t clearly stated on my receipt, so I had no idea there was such a short deadline.
Sephora should consider extending its return window and making the policy much more explicit on receipts, like many other retailers do. This experience left a bad impression, and unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I loved the sale associates there, they were sı nice

I was in need of a new perfume and I'm tired of smelling like nothing. I was approached by an employee and normally I'm very closed off when I'm trying to find a product I want to discover myself. Mohammed was a blessing, he smoothly appeared to my left, gave me probably a good 3 scents to smell, and he did not pressure me at all into deciding and gave me some good advice like he has been doing this longer than it looks. I told him I'll look around for other scents but this scent he sprayed on me kept pulling me in! So I just bought the miu miu fleur de lait.
Thank you Mohammed for giving such friendly service backed by expertise!

Don’t even bother shopping at this location. Unfortunately, it does not reflect the customer service experience and standards I have come to expect from Sephora.
The store itself does not appear well maintained, the management team is not very helpful, and the overall experience feels low quality compared to other locations. As a ROUGE customer, I have visited Sephora enough to know the difference between an average experience and an exceptional one.
It is absolutely worth driving to the W.Gray St. location instead. The difference is noticeable — the staff appears more experienced, the managers are welcoming and professional, and the team takes their time to provide a better overall customer experience. Even the presentation and artistry of the staff reflects a higher standard.
Before visiting this location, take a look at the number of one-star reviews — unfortunately, my experience seems consistent with what others have shared. If you cannot make it to another store, I honestly recommend ordering online instead.
Signed,
A disappointed ROUGE customer
