  I absolutely must tell the world that Britney is far and away the BEST Sephora employee I have ever encountered. Genuine GOAT. Knowledgable, great listener, and assisted me to locate the best products for our needs that made it an experience rather than an errand in the best way. Absolute best way.

  I had a great experience at Sephora during my beauty lesson with Hiba. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked me through each step, sharing tips and tricks that made applying makeup feel simple and achievable. I loved how she tailored everything to me and explained what works best for my features. I left with a full, beautiful face and the confidence to recreate the look on my own. She also gave thoughtful product recommendations that really suited my needs. I highly recommend booking a beauty lesson with Hiba- it’s definitely worth it!

  I shop at Sephora embarrassingly frequently and had a disappointing experience today at this location. To start with the positives, the store was well-stocked and the team on the floor was friendly and helpful. I had no issues getting assistance while shopping. However, the checkout experience completely undermined the otherwise positive visit. When I got in line, there were around 10 people ahead of me, and within minutes the line had grown to 20+ people, stretching all the way back to the store entrance and obstructing the middle of the store. I ultimately waited about 15 minutes just to check out. About 10 minutes into waiting, I asked a team member if another person could be added to the register. She said there weren’t enough people on the floor, but I counted 7 on the floor and only 1 at the register. What was frustrating was that just a few minutes later (right as I was about to reach the front) another employee was asked to assist at the register. This inconsistency made the earlier explanation feel dismissive rather than accurate. I spoke with a manager on duty, Brittney, and later with the store manager, Austin, to share this feedback. Unfortunately, neither seemed receptive. The response continued to focus on not having enough staff on the floor, without acknowledging the imbalance between customer assistance and the ability to actually check out. Helping customers find products is certainly important, but so is ensuring they can complete their purchase in a reasonable amount of time. A line to the door with a single cashier shows a larger issue with how the store is being staffed and managed during busy periods. I’m sharing this in hopes that it leads to better balance and a smoother experience in the future for others as I likely will not return to that location.
