  Went there today on my lunch break tryna get something for my bf. This employee was already tailing me in the store for no reason. I asked about skincare for men and she proceeds to show me something and then I told her ok I’m gonna get that she takes it and puts in a basket in her hand as she saw me grabbing it…. I guess implying I was gonna steal. That clean pmo lol and kept asking what else am I looking for while holding on to the product I was gonna buy. Annoying and just profiling. Not okay or professional. Can tell they mainly cater to a white crowd. Not going back there again.

  They need more and better workers. Stopped by to get a specific perfume. Though the store wasn't crowded, it took several minutes for someone to be able to help me (the perfume is locked away). I told her what I wanted, she couldn't find it, then had to search the back. Finally she handed it to me. Them another line to check out. Nearly every person in the store was waiting in line to check out. To top it off, when I got home, I found they had given me the wrong perfume.

  Very disappointed, I came to buy a body butter. I had two eyebrow pencils I brought last month, never opened. When I got home I had them already. I get to the register, a woman with the most awful makeup: purple glitter, tells me I’m passed the 30 day window. Literally by a couple days, mind you I never opened, yet she proceeds to open and twist up the pencils knowing she’s not going to accept them back. Actually between the 31-60 days window it’s discretionary per online source. She could’ve applied the amount towards my purchase as they could still sell my product.

  Me and my two brothers walked in to just waste some time in between appointments, in 30 minutes two very kind ladies who I didn’t grab the names of managed to set them up with all the skin care they needed. Dominique was just an angel she sprinted around that store IN HEELS and managed to find me the perfect base powder, foundation and concealer in literal minutes. Not to mention her makeup was flawless aswell as everything else about her so I trusted her judgement. Anyways everyone in there was so helpful and sweet.

  This is by far the best sephora in houston. I live in sugarland and just happened to be in the area. Miss lisa and lauren at the register were so amazing and attentive to me. The store was immaculately clean and organized which is what makes it easy to shop and actually enjoy coming here. There is such positive energy in the staff. I feel like this is what sephora wants everyone to feel like! Amazing ! I will be back ❤️
