    I recently visited the Sephora store in Willowbrook, after purchasing multiple products I was promised by the manager that they would honor a 30% discount on a Danessa Myricks highlighter by the manager Sarah. Keep in mind, when I selected the highlighter it had a 30% off discount label on the product. Sarah expressed that the products was missed labeled as being on sale but that considering the circumstances that she would honor the discount. The cashier rang me up and Sarah came over to finalize the correction in the system. The original cashier never gave me a paper receipt in store. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that they never honored the discount on the product I purchased. Horrible service.

    Sephora is always great. I do worry that since there are a lot of unsupervised children at the stores, that I do sometimes buy a product that I didn’t realized was opened/used, until I open it myself once I get home and sometimes have to return a lot of my items. I definitely do not blame the workers nor the store for that. The store workers are usually very sweet to me and are always working hard! I will just have to double check my items before buying them. 🫶🏼
