I was trying to find a product to test it out because I had seen it online and I wanted to confirm with myself that I wanted to buy it and Becky was standing behind me with another employee and they were talking about things that was not my business and I did not ask her for help or anything, she startled me a little bit from behind and was being rude about getting a product. She took the product away from my hand and pointed to a product I was not looking at and handed it to me. I was nice about it and said thank you for you help and walked away because I did not feel comfortable being near her after she approached me.
- SKSecret KeyApr 13, 20262.0I’m sure it’s crazy on weekends but I came here on a Saturday in April 2026 and not a single employee asked me if I needed help (which I did) all the supplies for sampling were bare bones everywhere I looked and every section of products I attempted to sample were either almost completely empty or dirty, disgusting and unkempt. It was so packed and hard to navigate aisles that it was very overwhelming so I only stayed for about 15 minutes, didn’t bother trying to buy anything and left. I don’t know if it’s any better during the week but I do not recommend this location.
