  I love it here! I will wait a year if needed to get my hair cut with them lol I finally met the owner rose & she was just so sweet. She cut my hair & did an amazing job. 😊 the lady working the front (gosh, i cant remember her name "erin") sorry, it thats not it. She was fast & answered all my questions and sweet as well. Love it there, would highly recommend to give them a try! & they aren't crazy expensive to force a $300 consultation like other salons. I have curly hair, so trust me. Give them a try.

  Came in for a curly cut with Kris and had the BEST experience. My curls are refreshed, hydrated, and look better than they ever have. I was so impressed with her technique and the salon experience I committed to prebook as I want my hair to continue on this promising journey. That is a lot for me as I prefer to wake up and go with styles like braids at all times. She motivated me and gave me instruction to keep myself together in between. The salon offers several beverage options, is in a central location, and truly makes you feel welcome and comfortable (almost like that 90s/ early 2000s era but better). Would highly recommend for those wanting to rock their natural hair and maintain it in a healthy way.

  The worse salon I’ve ever been to, she burned and broke all my hair off. She left me unattended while she worked on another clinic. I lost all my hair to this day. My hair was broken everywhere, the color was botched, spotty and the perimeter was damaged. She offered no compensation back home f course being money hungry. Wanted to fix an uneven cut a color. Currently doing a small claims to get my refund

  Salon rose is the salon I have been looking for. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The prices were fair and they used great products. I love that they were open about telling you the products they used and not pushing you to buy products. Jah did my hair. She was soooo sweet and knowledgeable. I love my flat twist. Her assistant Kiera shampoo’d my hair so good I was falling asleep! She was also so sweet. The atmosphere was welcoming. They didn’t overbook so I felt attended to the whole time. 10/10 experience

  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences with Salon Rose, I feel like other customers should know what to expect. I’ve booked appointments here several times, and on every visit I’ve received calls asking me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time. While I understand schedules can change, it’s frustrating because I book appointments for specific times based on my work schedule, traffic, and other commitments. If I could come earlier, I would have booked an earlier appointment. The final straw happened recently. I booked an appointment more than a month in advance and confirmed it when I received the salon’s confirmation text. Despite that, I received a call less than 24 hours before the appointment informing me that my stylist had requested the day off and would no longer be available. I explained that I had booked well in advance and asked whether another stylist could accommodate me. I was told they would look into it and call me back. Later, I was told they might have another stylist available, but shortly afterward I received a cancellation text and another call informing me that they could not find anyone who could perform the style I requested. At that point, my appointment was simply canceled. What bothered me most was the lack of respect for customers’ time. Salons expect clients to honor appointments, arrive on time, and often charge cancellation or late fees if we don’t. In return, I think customers should be able to expect the salon to honor appointments that were booked and confirmed weeks in advance. Allowing a stylist to take the day off after a client has already reserved that time, without having a reliable backup plan in place, feels very unprofessional. The employee I spoke with was polite and did offer me a discount on a future appointment, but after repeated scheduling issues and having a confirmed appointment canceled at the last minute, I decided not to return. If you’re considering booking here, just be aware that scheduling and appointment reliability may be an issue. My experience has been that confirmed appointments are not always treated as a priority, and that was disappointing.
