  I needed a blowout for an event I was in town for and was on a very tight schedule, but ended up having to brush out my hair completely when I got home and use a Dyson myself, completely defeating the purpose of having someone save me the time of doing it myself. Some of my hair was burned off. My hair was teased for volume rather than using proper blowout techniques for volume. The curls were in no way symmetrical and my bangs had visible curling iron bumps. At the end of the appointment, she requested I cancel the appointment on the app and zelle her for payment, which I found very unprofessional. I would not return to Stephanie.

  I had a genuinely positive experience at Salon Lofts in Houston for a facial and acne treatment. The treatment felt personalized rather than rushed, and there was a clear emphasis on skin health, education, and long-term improvement instead of just temporary results. The esthetician, Ms. Patty, was professional, attentive, and transparent about the process, which made the experience comfortable and low-stress. The space itself was clean, organized, and private, which I appreciated. Over the days following the treatment, I noticed reduced inflammation, smoother skin texture, and less irritation overall. If you are looking for a setting where skincare feels individualized and clinically thoughtful, I would definitely recommend checking out Salon Lofts.

  I’ve been seeing Sonia for several months now for my dermaplaning facials, and my skin has never been clearer. I have fewer extractions than I did when I first started seeing her. She truly understands aging skin and knows how to treat it without being overly aggressive. I trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly!!
