  We had an excellent experience at Rowan for our daughter's first ear piercings! It was a clean, efficient (it was busy but didn't feel chaotic) and friendly environment. Faith was our daughter's nurse and she was absolutely incredible. Faith provided our daughter with reassurance when she was nervous. She was patient, calm and detailed with explaining the process and after care. Best part is so far our daughter's ears are healing beautifully with no issues. I would definitely recommend Rowan (and Faith!)

  Took my 10 month old daughter for her ear piercings. This was her second time (first time at pediatrician office and they came out uneven therefore I removed them and had them redone at Rowan). This experience was by far the best. I was anxious given the previous experience at the pedi office. but Nurse Amanda was extremely patient. I had her move the markings about 10x and each time she was very patient and gave her feedback whether she liked the location or not. Even asked if we would feel more comfortable getting an opinion from the store manager regarding the marking locations on the lobe and she was a pleasure to be in contact with. My only regret is not coming to Rowan the first time.

  I got my daughter’s ears pierced here. They charged me $20 for a small bottle of after care spray which was EXPIRED and I only saw it after I got home, when contacted them they couldn’t give me a refund, and asked me to come to their store to exchange it Which is 45 mins away from me.

  I got my second lobe piercing here, and I love it! I didn't have an appointment, but when I arrived, they explained how to make one. I didn't have to wait long, and Aerial took care of my piercing. She was super friendly and very professional.

  We had such a great experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced by Amanda. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, which made a huge difference for both of us. She took the time to explain everything in a way that helped my daughter feel comfortable and not scared. The whole process was quick, clean, and very professional. My daughter was a little nervous at first, but Nurse Amanda was so gentle and calming that it went smoothly—and there were even smiles afterward. I really appreciated how much care she showed, making sure everything was even and done perfectly. I highly recommend Amanda to any parent thinking about ear piercing for their child. She made it such a positive and stress-free experience.
