  This was the best experience! My daughter was so comfortable and felt zero pain. She left even more excited than when we went in. Nurse Amanda treated her so kindly and made sure every aspect of the piercing was just right for our 6 year old. Can’t recommend her enough!

  Today we got my five month old daughter’s ears pierced by nurse Faith! She was so kind and professional also really helpful in choosing the right earring for my baby. She was super gentle with her and talked me and my husband through the whole process and aftercare! I would 100% recommend her and Rowan for ear piercings! I also found out they don’t do the needle piercings for kids under 5 years old, so take that into consideration when getting your babies ears pierced.

  Aerial was so helpful when I came in to have aa super old piercing opened up again. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed and the whole process was super quick and painless. She tried the least invasive option first and when that didn’t work moved on to re-piercing it, and made sure to check the opposite ear as well. Great experience!

  I had such a great experience in Rowan, both representative were very welcoming and nice, Amanda took care of piercing my ears, and explained everything throughly, based on my needs, she offered the best options and turfully I was Afriad of the pain but Amanda pierced my ears painlessly, will be coming back for sure, and love there jewelry selectionss🥰

  I had a really disappointing and honestly heartbreaking experience at Rowan today. I brought my 12-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and unfortunately, I left the store in tears. I completely understand that piercing a baby’s ears can be an overwhelming experience. My daughter was crying while being prepared, and I know she can be a little feisty at this age. I understand that not every child will sit perfectly still or make the process easy. However, I felt that the employee assisting us, who I believe was named Lisa (a young blonde woman), showed very little patience or compassion toward the situation. She repeatedly sighed and made gestures that made me feel uncomfortable and as though my daughter was an inconvenience. The woman with shorter black hair who came over was much more understanding and patient. She explained ways that we could potentially make the process smoother and seemed willing to work with us. I really appreciated her approach and how she communicated with me. Ultimately, we were refused service, which I understand is their right if they feel that a piercing cannot be performed safely. My issue isn’t necessarily that they chose not to proceed. It’s the way the situation was handled and how I was made to feel throughout the experience. I chose Rowan specifically because they promote ear piercing for children, so I expected the staff to be patient, understanding, and prepared for the fact that babies may cry, squirm, or become overwhelmed. Instead, I felt judged and uncomfortable during what was supposed to be a special experience for my daughter. I left the store crying, and that is something I never expected from an experience like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to other parents considering Rowan for their child’s ear piercing.
