  Nikki is the absolute best. She explained everything to us and was super sweet with the baby. she made sure the markings were where we wanted them and was super patient too as we are first time parents and getting our baby girl (4 months) pierced. thank you so much Nikki for giving us the best experience. i will def recommend Rowan and Nikki to everyone!

  What an amazing experience at Rowan. Got my 11 year old second piercing. She didn’t feel a thing. The ladies Myra and Gisele were the absolute best! Made us feel very welcome and appreciated.

  I canceled another appointment after being told there was another piercing appointment. After an hour, plus I receive the call soon. Pearson specialist couldn’t take the appointment in any longer because she had to go take care of something personal. I understand things happen. This would have been disappointing regardless, but we made it especially frustrating as I already canceled a previous commitment I had for this appointment so I ended up being at a double loss. I leave out of town tomorrow for a few weeks, so not too happy about this. Life goes on I guess.

  Nurse Mayra did a Great job piercing my baby’s ears! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed she also tried getting my baby to smile so it felt good knowing that she put time and effort into making my baby feel comfortable as well I would recommend anyone who wants to have any piecing done to go here and I would definitely go again.

  I brought my 4month old for piercing here but as soon as we entered, no one cared to greet us for 15 mins. Front desk Black lady was on her iPad the whole time making herself look like she is very busy. But as soon a white mom with her 2 girls came, she greeted them immediately . We felt racism here. Then, another lady took us to have our baby pierced but she was also very rude and no patience with our crying baby. All staff looked like they were stressed out and the environment did not feel friendly. Seeing good reviews we thought this would be a great place to take our baby here but clearly not. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
