Prime IV in West University is easily one of the best wellness spots in Houston. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, calm, and professional — more like a high-end lounge than a clinic. The staff takes time to actually listen, explain the drips, and tailor the treatment instead of just running a menu. The massage chairs make a huge difference. You sit back, the IV goes in smoothly, and the session flies by. I left feeling hydrated, clear-headed, and actually recovered instead of just “less tired.” Parking and location on Weslayan are convenient if you’re in West U, Bellaire, or nearby. If you’re looking for IV therapy, a Myers Cocktail, recovery after travel or training, or just a reset, this location is worth it. I’ll be back — and I’d recommend it without hesitation.
