  I would like to recognize Emily and Beasley for providing exceptional customer service at the Memorial City Mall MAC store. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the products, professional, and genuinely helpful. I am usually serviced at the Galleria location, but Emily's outstanding service was so impressive that I returned to the Memorial City store the very next day. Both Emily and Beasley are excellent representatives of the MAC brand. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Regina, was disappointing. Rather than being warm and welcoming, she came across as rude, dismissive, and overly focused on micromanaging. As a loyal MAC customer of over 20 years who spends hundreds of dollars with MAC each month, I was surprised by how I was treated. When discussing an exchange, Regina accused me of attempting to return an item that she claimed was a free gift, despite my receipt clearly showing otherwise. Instead of providing quality customer service and reviewing the facts, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner in front of Beasley. Her behavior left a bad taste in my mouth and negatively impacted my experience at the Memorial City location. I appreciate Emily and Beasley for their professionalism and excellent service, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. And the free fan didn’t even work!

  Mia is thee absolute amazing Mac employee! She is knowledgeable and so sweet! We came at the last minute and she sure did not rush us at all! She was kind and caring! Amazing store location!

  I waited patiently in line only for another customer to skip me and be assisted. I spoke up and the store employee still continued to help the other self entitled customer. I walked out.

  My wife purchased her kit .!! They are really helpful and recommend best for individual.! They even gave us free goodies ! Great service

  Extremely bad service and ridiculous politics about payments I can believe that I can’t buy a lipstick and a kit with my credit card with out my ID seriusly??? I’m not buying alcohol I’m buying make up….I’m so upset about it I didn’t feel that was a great attention. Definitely I don’t recommend this shop it was my first time trying Mac and now I’m 0% interested to use this brain.
