- KBKathy BrownAug 8, 20263.0Aug 2026: Not really impressed with the customer service at the Willowbrook location. Always walked by never went in, until today. My daughter wanted to check out the place. My kids loved the idea of the bubble bar, & I had my son pick out the one he wanted. It showed $9 on the label above all the blue bars. The Lady rung me up it was $13. I told them that it was priced for $9. She told me that I was mistaken that the price of the bars are $13. As I was leaving I see that it indeed says $9 for the bubble bars. I brought it to their attention. I was then told it was their mistake for marking it $9. That $9 is the price of the bath booms. Even tho they put the wrong price on the bubble bar (definitely should have taken a picture of it.) I wasn't offered anything but a oops our bad, let us remove that sign we put out. I was offer a sample of something in the store. Yeah it would have been better if they would have just gave me a refund for the price difference of THEIR price mistake. Clearly this was my 1st & last time shopping here. I gave it 3 stars because my kids likes the idea of a bubble bar for bath time. Let's see if this $13 bar really works when we get home.

- NNNJul 17, 20265.0Today I went to lush just because my kids were interested. We had a pleasant experience! Lay and Sam have the best customer service and treated us like family. They let my kids ask any questions and were very friendly to them. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but because and their great customer service skills I had to support. I love the things I bought and our skin feels sooo soft! I would highly recommend!

She was so knowledgeable and honest and I appreciate that a lot! I will be trying the Squeak Shampoo and the smell itself is amazing so I’m excited to try it!! I didn’t even think to smell that specific one so I’m glad she picked things that would cater to me. Thank you <3
