  I drove all the way down here from humble since there's no lush near me and I've never been to one. I had gotten a sample version of Super Milk online and fell in LOVE with it and needed a full size bottle. I was welcomed in immediately by Salem and she helped me all around the store and made it less overwhelming for my first time there. It's also my birthday today and I was celebrating it alone, but she made it special with the customer service and friendliness she provided. I'm very happy I took the trip down to Baybrook for that top tier experience alone. Thank you, Salem!

  Wow this location is amazing! I have been a die hard Lush user for over 10 years now, so I go in store to restock on soap about every 2 months. The customer service at any location is always amazing, but I hands down had my best experience at this location today. Salem is so knowledgeable on every product and really helped walk my fiancé and I through finding some new products for both of our skin’s needs. She was so kind and had such good energy and really took the extra time to help guide us to what we were looking for. I have always used their soaps, but haven’t really got to try a lot of their other products, Salem was not having that 😂 I had expressed how curious I was about their face products and she really walked me through what was best for what. I’m looking forward to using my 9-5 cleanser which I would have never guessed you could use on a towel as a more natural alternative to makeup wipes for those lazy nights. Salem also hooked us up with some moisturizer samples for a full face routine and some tattoo moisturizer too. This will definitely be my new go to location and I will always be hoping shes there!

  Unless you personally been to this location before have fun finding it it’s not where the map says it is and if you call the store for clarification, there’s a gentleman there that gives just as bad directions as Google if you’ve read this far, it’s right next to Lululemon on the outside, not near the restaurants

  Had a great experience at Lush lan was so nice and helped me find the perfect sample for my skin. I used it tonight and my skin feels flawless - I love it so much. Thanks to lan for helping. Karina was also super helpful and let me know about the Lush app so you can earn points and save money. Really appreciate both of them!

  Salem has very great bedside manner! It was my daughter’s very first time here at lush, She’s only three years old and I was having trouble explaining to her the difference between a bath bomb and a bath bar lol! Salem Had no problems helping me explain to my daughter the difference and even doing a demonstration and letting her pick out a bath bomb to do! My daughter was amazed and loved it! She even tried out a raspberry blow bar and let my daughter blow some bubble bubbles. It was awesome. I’ve never seen something like that! Both my daughter and I got our own bath bombs for Our separate baths that night!
