I came in with my kids, and she was so sweet and patient with them the entire time, which as a parent, I really appreciated. She never made us feel like we were in the way, and instead made the whole visit feel really welcoming. On top of that, her customer service was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the products, helpful in guiding me through options, and just had a genuinely warm personality that made the experience enjoyable. The staff here overall has a really kind, easygoing vibe, but Estefania truly stood out. Would recommend this location.

Lush and their employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND and were so patient with my girl and her friends. Ian and Fabi…YOU ARE THE REAL MVPS!!!! These 2 lush employees deserve a raise. They were so kind and made my girl feel so loved. This was the best experience and I will recommend birthday parties to all my friends!!!!! We love lush!!!!!
