  I went in there for a cut. Jocelyn wasn't very nice and she talked about how poorly my hair was done and about the last stylist that did my hair the prior week. Hairstylist really need to stop that mentality of bashing people’s work that is not their own. I have never met Jocelyn before this appointment and didn’t know her work or have any relationships with her yet so to do that is absolutely not professional. She came up to me didn’t introduce herself I had to ask her her name and then she just started pulling and touching my hair in the lobby without permission. Then when I tried to tell her what I wanted and showed pictures of my hair she cut me off a few times like she was comfortable with what I was asking for. The entire appointment I couldn’t see what she was doing as she had me turned away from the mirror as she proceeded to give me a burst fade essentially which is not AT ALL what I wanted. The complete back of my nape hair is gone and she even gave me a reverse widows peak and didn’t ask before doing it and I absolutely hate it. I came in to get a simple $30 cut to shape my hair a bit more at the top and take more off the sides, not a low fade which is what I got . After she was done she said I needed a full correction of what was done last week and when I got to the register she charged me $80. For a cut and style which BTW I went yesterday and my curls are already frizzy because when I told her I HAVE to use gel on my hair as the curls don’t hold without it she proceeded to JUST use wrap setting lotion. She doesn’t listen and thinks she knows better than the client about their own hair is weird behavior. I now see these reviews and wouldn’t have booked here, if I knew. I originally thought I was booking at a different location but the website isn’t clear or user friendly.

  they did so good on my hair. i think her name was Rosa. i got bangs and a cut and style and it looks amazing.

  What I thought would be a great experience turned out to be a horrible experience! I had my daughter scheduled today for a service for school on Tuesday! This morning at 10:07 the stylist called me to arrive earlier to my appointment schedule I agree, once I arrive before the 5:00pm appointment the lady at the front gets us checked in and was very very nice and professional and tried to help as much as she could! Then I was told to wait maybe 20 mins to be seen I said that’s fine I will wait then I’m told well they set the alarm at 7:00pm and we have to be out of here at that time so she wouldn’t have time to do my daughter hair! Then the young lady that was helping told me the stylist took her client because the client was unhappy with her and seen how she did another clients hair and wanted my stylist! So the young lady asked the stylist was she going to fit us in on tomorrow and she said no it’s her off day she not coming in schedule with someone else! Then another girl tried to help but she said she had a client coming in so I told her no that’s not fair to her client to have to wait because of someone else! So now I leave the studio not happy at all because most places are booked and now my daughter can’t get what she wanted done to her hair because of unprofessional individuals! I will not be back to this location and also whomever the manager is need to teach their stylist that you never put other clients in front of yours you make them wait or reschedule them not the people you asked to come in early!

  My favorite hair stylist is Cloe. She’s been cutting my hair for three years now. She help me restore my hair back to health after I damaged it so much. I totally recommend going and asking for Cloe.
