  I came in from out of town for a surgery procedure and needed to get my hair braided to keep it out of my face. I called them, and they were very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was professional, and they did an excellent job on my braids. I truly appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend them.

  Booked a last minute appointment, and was squeezed in. I expressed to the stylist multiple times that I was more concerned about the health of my hair as opposed to the aesthetic and asked her to braid lightly and leave all my weak hair out. I was awaken out of my sleep to my scalp hurting in my temple and nape, I now have a bald spot directly in the middle of my head. Be mindful of booking this establishment if you have thin hair or sparse edges. The owner refused to refund and wanted me to return in-person which is not an effective solution as I expressed I no longer had trust that my hair wouldn’t be pulled out of my scalp again.

  Ms. Clementine was very professional, meticulous and punctual. My knotless braids are beautiful and most importantly not too tight. It took less than 5 hours so definitely recommend doing the earlieat appt. You can bring your own hair (which I did because I wanted to match my highlights) or buy hair packs there ($7/pack for 3 bundles). Entrance is off Colquitt street on right side of Tide dry cleaner building (use call box). Parking spots in the garage between Tide and Nobie's. Highly recommend and would definitely return for next braiding experience.
