  Terry was amazing and transformed a really bad color job I got somewhere else in under an hour and for a reasonable price. I will be going to him for as long as he’s in business.

  My hair turned orange when I went in over the summer to get a root touch up. Nothing was done to fix it and nothing was offered to alleviate my disgust and disappointment. In fact, the only solution offered was to toss in some highlights which 45 minutes prior I'd been told were not an option for my hair length. It didn't grow in that time so I don't know why this didn't happen in first place. In addition, I know there are some shady biz practices going on here that screw the employees (holding pay as hostage) and that's indicative of a vindictive, nasty management that doesn't know the law or good managing skills and sense. Bottom line: place sucks and for what you get fantastic sam's is a decent alternative.
