  I waited to put in this review to make sure I was giving the salon a fair shot…. I have been coming to this salon for about little over a year. The aesthetics of the salon are 10/10. Staff is always nice (although I see the reviews for negative experiences, I, fortunately, can’t speak to it). For me, I’ve used Amanda, Tracy (no longer there but was a wonderful tech), Mercedes, Michelle, Corrie (don’t think she’s there anymore), AB, and Alexa. Of these professionals, I would recommend seeing Amanda, Mercedes, and Alexa. If you can skip the others I mentioned, not because they are rude or mean or unprofessional, I just personally wouldn’t select them again for one reason or another. Amanda and Mercedes have always done my hands and they have done an amazing job. I interchange them if one is not available. Alexa has hands of gold when it comes to the massage for the pedicure. I really like the salon and would recommend it HOWEVER!!!!! The constant changing of their booking platforms is enough to give you whiplash. They change every 6 months or so (this is exaggerated but the platforms have changed at least 3 times in the time I’ve been a client). It would be great if they picked a platform and stuck with it to ensure customer self service with making and changing appointments was a smooth process. The mango mint site was my favorite because it was very user friendly. If they can get that under control, this would be the perfect salon.

  Marina is my girl! Always knows how I like my nails whether we’re changing it up or sticking to same old color(s) she always makes going to the nail salon something to look forward to!

  Marina is the absolute best! She always does an incredible job on my nails and they last for weeks. She’s so sweet, professional, and always on time, which makes every appointment stress-free and enjoyable. I always leave happy and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented nail tech!

  Drip Nail Salon is my favorite spot to get my nails done in The Heights! I get builder gel done by Marina and not only does she get my nails looking perfect every time, we’re yapping and giggling through the entire appointment. I look forward to my nail appointments with her and know that I’ll receive the best quality while having the best time! The salon itself is always clean with and the staff is always friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience.

  I come here all the time okay and I always leave with an amazing experience. However, this time this is the most I paid for my nails..$145 and they were chipping so I wanted to get them fixed obviously and so I went back which is already 45 min drive for me and the manager/owner said she can only file it down and I said I wanted to add a little more polish to my French tip because I thought it was too thin and she proceeded to say that it would be extra since it'd be a polish change but they couldn't do a favor for a customer that onto going to Drip? She was also being so rude. If you want people to come back to your nail salon, you would have to treat them nicely and actually do favors for your loyal customers. I'm so disappointed because I have been coming here for a very long time and now it will be my last time. I had the worst experience, never again.
