  DO NOT GET SCAMMED!! I initially had a great consult with Fatima and later scheduled my Dysport appointment during a promotion advertised at $4 per unit. I was told I would need 78 units by the injector, so I understood my expected cost to be calculated with the promo and units communicated to me. There was no mention of a service fee, additional treatment fee, or any other charge that would increase the price beyond the advertised $4 per unit. After the treatment, my injector Fatima walked me to the front desk while they calculated my bill. I was shocked when I was told my total was $963.22. When I questioned the charge, I was told that the clinic calculated Dysport this way. This pricing calculation had never been mentioned or explained to me before treatment and honestly made no sense. They said the 78 was my botox unit quote- I never mentioned wanting Botox so why would you give me the Botox units for my treatment plan? I repeatedly explained that this was not how I understood the $4/unit promotion. The front desk said I have $50 off, but even with that offer, the amount was still nowhere near what was anticipated. I felt dismissed rather than given a clear explanation or resolution. I ultimately paid since the front desk made me feel like I was being unreasonable for asking questions. Since my appointment, I’ve done quite a bit of research online about Dysport pricing and dosing. I was told I received 78 units total: 12 units in my frown lines, 16 units in my forehead, and 25 units in each side masseter. After looking into the pricing and discussing it with others, I’m honestly so horrified about being scammed out of $963.22 for the said 78 units. I would've been understanding if the numbers were explained to me clearly. I was also told I would receive a receipt by email, but I still haven’t received one. The injector was very responsive when I was trying to schedule my appointment, but unfortunately has not responded since I reached out about the billing clarification. UPDATE: they emailed me an invoice that just says I was charged for 234 units of dysport. This number was never ever mentioned to me once until the time of payment. I’d stay away from this place if you’re looking for an honest business. It’s not even about the money, it’s the principle and lack of communication.

  This place is an absolute mess. They cannot seem to handle their appointments and scheduling. The service itself is not terrible but their prices are outrageous compared to the market. I do not recommend this place.

  BHRC never disappoints! I saw Eva for Skinpen Microneedling and have loved my results! She was so educational and made me feel so comfortable before, during, and after my treatment. She made sure I had everything I needed for the aftercare as well! Would highly recommend seeing Eva the esthetician for all things skin!
