  A very bad experience—the stylist didn't know what a balayage was or anything about hair color, and he ruined my hair. I'd been getting blonde balayage done in Colombia for seven years; I showed him photos of the exact color, told him my shade in numbers and combinations, and he never did what I asked. I went twice, and he just ruined my hair. It’s very expensive for the service they provide; they just have nice facilities and are friendly.

  I’ve known Shayla for years, but she only recently started doing my hair after my previous stylist just wasn’t listening to my needs. I’m growing out my natural color with a few highlights to blend the grey and it already looks so natural and blended. My cut is perfect as well. I love visiting the salon. Rosa is very sweet as was the gorgeous tall gentleman at the front desk who was dressed like a fine French sailor. Sorry I didn’t catch your name!

  I came in for a very simple all over color amd a straight cut. I asked for a color that would closely match my natural look. For whatever reason, they chose to do root touch up and just toner on my length. I asked twice if my color would look ok with the technique they were using. Charged me for full color, but now three days later I am seeing grey in the length of my hair. Very unprofessional. Additionally, as I got up, I noticed my hair was cut very uneven. I had to ask to fix it and settled for “decent”, far from great - although how can you mess up a straight cut this bad in a professional salon is beyond me. Spent over $300 but got a service of hair clips. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  Jumana always does a perfect job. She takes her time and I always leave feeling that somebody cared about me.Shes absolutelly perfect and I’m lucky to have found this stylist and the salon. Everyone in the salon cares so much about the clients. It’s just an absolute joy to go there.

  100/10 RECOMMEND KRISTI!!! I literally just tell her what haircut I wished for, without showing any photos because I had forgot to show her. And somehow she exceeded my expectations!! It looked exactly like my inspo photo. I love how she listens and doesn’t cut a crazy amount of hair off lol. My length is still long even after the cut. My layers look so beautiful and they are not chunky blunt layers! She is 100% worth the 45-60m drive!
