    I have been a loyal customer for over six years, and unfortunately, my recent experience at Aveda in the Galleria Mall was very disappointing. During my visit, the employee who assisted me was rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome, and the customer service I received did not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect from Aveda. I believe her name was Dechelle . but I am not completely certain of her name.this is not first time every time when I go these some omg As a long time customer, I was surprised and saddened by this experience. I hope management will address this issue and provide additional customer service training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

    We have been loyal customers for a long time and have always enjoyed purchasing our hair products at this location. Unfortunately, the service we received yesterday 03/5 at 7pm was extremely disappointing. The attendant was on her phone the entire time, she even got locked out of the computer which made us wait longer to pay, and she seemed unfamiliar with the products. We were not offered tea, and instead were only told to be careful with our little one because it was hot — but never asked if we wanted any. This experience was far from pleasant, and it makes us reconsider returning to the store. We may end up purchasing our products online instead, which is unfortunate because we used to really appreciate the staff here
