- DWDaniel Willingham3 days ago1.0I don't think that the young lady Heather, that cut my hair, even listened to what I requested or just was too new at the profession. It turned out to be THE worst haircut that I have ever had in 58 years. I can't do anything with it & can't stand to look in the mirror. My head actually looks flat all the way across my head due to the cut & I had requested that she keep the length. I have waited several weeks to see if it would grow into something better but I am now going to cut it myself very short to start all over again. I will never go to this place again or even one like it. Totally disgusted.

If you have a wait room full of people taking a lunch should be the last thing you do. Taking are of the people comes first.

(Which is nowhere near what he gets.) I am livid. The woman said she was tired and trying to wake up. We will never be back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
