  As a Sephora Rouge member, I shop at Sephora often, and I truly appreciate exceptional customer service when I receive it. I had a wonderful experience with Sara at the Grapevine Mills location. Although the app showed the body oil I wanted was available at that store, there was some confusion with the inventory when I arrived. Sara immediately took ownership of the situation, looked into what happened, and then went above and beyond by calling the Sephora in Southlake to confirm they had it in stock and asking them to hold it for me. Even though I had to make another trip, Sara’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help completely changed what could have been a frustrating experience. She made me feel valued as a customer and didn’t stop until she found a solution. Employees like Sara are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you again for going the extra mile!

  Customers were making 2 lines and we waited in one of them. When it was our turn staff told us that wasn’t a line and had to go wait in the other line. They helped 3 people ahead of us but yet moved us when it was our turn. If it wasn’t supposed to be a line why not say something at the beginning and not make us have to wait twice. Awful customer service

  Terrible customer service! Went in to find a product and Crystal Martinez was acting like I was bothering her and made me feel unwelcome when I just needed a little assistance.

  When I call them, they till me “can you hold one moment please” then they keep me on hold for soooo long, at the end when they return back to the call before they complete a sentence, they just turn the call off! So bad customer service!
