- ZZzabetMar 24, 20261.0I went to Sephora at Grapevine Mills today. Saw this shimmer product and asked a worker about it. I asked if this for the face or eyes. She responded "Sure". Then she walked away. She was aloof and didn't want to be bothered. On my way out I asked her why she didn't provide any info on the product and she said that's my personality. What!! Who says that! She stood in the door way chatting with another worker. I asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager. Her name is LaLa and she provided horrible customer service. Wow from reading the other reviews lots of ppl comment on the lack of customer service!!
