  Honestly right when we walked one of the workers was just looking at us and not in a good way and didn’t great us we said hi to them the girl in the front just stared at us while walking and I felt uncomfortable the whole time this one girl kept following me in a way and starring i honestly felt uncomfortable idk if she thought i was stealing or something i honestly wanted to leave but i still bought what I needed but the lady up front was sweet.and as im reading the comments i see this is obviously a reoccurring issue that honestly im surprised bcz this seems like this has been happening for a while which is very odd I work in customer service and I’ve never treated someone this bad I will be calling corporate. it wouldn’t have been a huge problem but I felt very uncomfortable..

  If you are looking for a Sephora where the workers are kind and helpful, this is the place for you. I went in not knowing where a lot of stuff was and every lady/worker that I spoke to were so patient and willing to help 🩷

  I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Sandy and Becca! Sandy was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and had such a great personality. She gave me some really helpful recommendations for sunscreen and made the whole experience enjoyable. Becca also stepped in and helped me find a good eye cream. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. Both of them provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable while shopping. Thank you, Sandy and Becca, for all your help! 😊

  I had such a great experience shopping at Sephora. One of the girls there helped me so much while I was shopping. She was extremely honest with her recommendations, very patient, and really professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just selling products. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name because it was my first time seeing her, but she definitely made my experience so much better. Thank you for the amazing service!
