  I like coming in on weekdays as they are not busy, and the lady with blonde hair is always sweet and greets us in warmly. I was able to get help easily, but on weekends it may be a bit more of a wait. Sometimes there isn't anyone in the front at checkout despite seeing a few employees standing around, but I get that maybe they aren't in charge of checkout. Otherwise, a great store conveniently nearby!

  Walked in and was asked if I needed help. The lady was nice and helped me find my shade. She even gave me some product samples to try. Beats going to the mall and not getting help or having to ask for help. It is smaller than the store at the mall but that also comes with more people at the mall. Will definitely go back.

  Romney is always happy & helpful & so kind! There is a few employees who just look like they hate their job nobody greets you or ask if you need help. I usually go to ulta. Only cause of Romney I come back!

  super rude and unwelcoming workers 3 passed by me without saying hi or have i been helped they just looked and kept walking when i did get help the girl was clearly annoyed at having to do her job and rolled her eyes

  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Riley! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit. I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer each one thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. Riley helped me explore a variety of products, especially facial serums, hand serums, under-eye treatments, shampoos, and different hair care treatments. She really knew her stuff and was able to explain everything clearly, including how each product works and what would be best for my needs. She was very professional while still being warm and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. Because of her help, I’m already planning to come back and try more of the products she recommended. Sephora did a fantastic job hiring her—she’s a true asset to the team!
