- DGDayanna Gonzalez6 days ago1.0Really disappointed! The lady started the haircut when I didn’t finish to explain what we wanted for my son. She did what she wanted, and the haircut was not the right one for him since his hair is so straight. It was a really bad experience. Not coming back again!

The stylist handled my child’s head extremely roughly, rotating and moving his head very fast during the haircut. I was genuinely worried she might hurt him. I even asked her to slow down, but she continued being careless and rushed. What made this even more frustrating was that there was absolutely no reason to hurry — the salon was not busy and nobody was waiting. On top of that, she kept spraying water directly onto my son’s face, making him very uncomfortable. A children’s haircut requires patience, gentleness, and basic care, especially when a parent is visibly concerned. This experience was stressful and upsetting, and I expected much better professionalism and sensitivity.

This resulted in one of the worst haircuts I’ve had—easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I contacted customer service twice and was told the franchise owner had been notified both times, yet there has been zero acknowledgment or follow-up. As a long-time customer, this was unacceptable. Service quality and customer care both fell far below expectations

No one deserves to be treated like that at work, esp the nice ladies by a man who can't control himself. I'm absolutely appalled by this mans behaviour, only to find out later from someone that's the manager!! Great clips needs to do something about this he is actively making this a hostile environment not only for his workers but for customers. I was scared for my son as well as myself and the ladies working there. How disgusting!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
