She treated us like people not, like oh let me watch them. She got over 300$ out of us lol and this was our first time in the store. Everytime we come we gone be looking for her, Her customer service is top tier. Thank you jasmarie you are great girl.

I don't understand why the person that greets you can't help you. Why r you greeted and tell a person what you need and them passed off to someone else and have to repeat what you need? The store isn't that big, why r there zones assigned, why can't an employee help one person with everything. I don't get it. I think it is the way the training is set up that is flawed, maybe not the employees.
