- SCShamika Carlos2 days ago1.0I was not greeted when I walked in the store. The sales associate was speaking with another customer but she never greeted or acknowledged my presence. As soon as a couple (who looked differently than me) entered the store she immediately looked up and greeted them with a smile. After the customer she was initially speaking with walked away, I began to speak to the associate to inform her that I was there to pick up an online order but immediately she told me to “hold up”. I was cut short before she proceeded to help me. Her name was Jayda. Please train her to be professional with all customers regardless of how they look to her or the amount of commission she thinks she will make.

She treated us like people not, like oh let me watch them. She got over 300$ out of us lol and this was our first time in the store.
