  I have loved running my small business here. The location is perfect, close to so many things. The salon manager is responsive and friendly.

  The lack of communication, careless mistakes and the worst management skills I’ve ever encountered. Tons and tons of reoccurring issues with management has me appalled by such “professionals.”

  unfortunately I would never suggest someone start their business here. Lack of communication, delayed communication, rudeness, if they do work on the building they do not inform suite renters and in fact the construction workers open the door while clients are in there and as a client is on a table inform that they have 10mins to finish a session. I was forewarned and in fact delayed committing to them but the only time anything is consistently communicated is when they want you to sign a lease. Information is contradicting of lease and then contradicted 3 or 4 more times. The only explanation is that they only have 3 employees. If you want to speak to someone in corporate you are literally told you cannot. Anything I am saying, I have proof via text or email because they are "too busy" with only the 3 employees to speak. This all has left a terrible taste and for the cost, it ends up cheaper to rent a stand alone building. I did not want to leave such a review but since I am still left speechless at how quickly things went downhill and that has been the only consistency and still unable to speak with someone above "the 3" well I just think new business owners need to really do their research before committing
