My kids needed red bath bomb powder for a school project and it's not exactly the easiest thing to track down. Dignan took the time to dig through inventory, asked all the right questions, and found exactly what we needed without making us feel like an inconvenience. That kind of genuine helpfulness is rare — it made the whole experience. If you're ever at Lush in the Frisco Mall, ask for Dignan. You'll be glad you did.
