  Today, I visited the Great Clips location in Teel Village and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The staff was unwelcoming, did not honor my online/app check-in, and showed little courtesy toward customers. I arrived as the first person in line, yet the stylist served another customer ahead of me without any communication or acknowledgment. I waited several minutes, hoping she would address the situation, especially since I had other time commitments. I am greatly disappointed by this lack of professionalism and customer service.

  Always "closing early". Decided it's probably best that way after reading other reviews. Think I got lucky not being served during business hours.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE Stylist was an older Hispanic woman that did my hair and completely ignored instructions. Asked for 4 on the sides, 2 inches off the top hair length and to blend edges between my side and top of hair. Instead I received a 1 or a 2 buzz to the side of my head and a 4 near the top edge of my hair leaving an incredible visible line in the sides of my head. I wear glasses and must take them off when getting haircuts so I did not notice the initial length that was taken off until I saw the length of hair that was falling off the sides of my head and by then it was too late. When I protested this initial change and pointed out the clearly visible line that she made without asking me she got defensive and argued. I let her continue to cut my hair stating its too late to go back now and tried to let her fix it. She proceeded to cut my hair for maybe an additional 5 minutes before saying she was done. She had done nothing to fix the clear line on the sides of my head and when I brought this up she began to argue again saying it "Doesn't look that bad" and that I haven't been in to the store since December so how was she supposed to know what my hair looks like. We continued to argue and even after asking her to fix it she said it was my fault because my hair is too thin (which it is thinning) and that she has been doing this for 30 years and knows what she is doing. Overall a terrible experience with bad customer service with someone who clearly does not care to listen or wants to. I also echo another review's concern as the stylist did not appear to have any form of certification present on her station.
