  Got a mid helix piercing with Hannah today. She was super sweet and so helpful. The piercing was quick and painless. Highly recommend and will be back.

  I had the absolute best experience with Nurse Hannah at Rowan! I brought my baby, Gia, in to get her ears pierced, and Hannah was amazing from beginning to end. She was so patient, sweet, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained the entire process step by step and made me feel completely comfortable. I had her move the piercing dots several times because I wanted to make sure they were perfect, and she never once made me feel rushed or bothered. After Gia’s ears were pierced, she was crying, and Hannah was so understanding. She told me I could take as much time as I needed and even let me stay and bottle-feed Gia afterward until she calmed down. That level of patience and compassion meant so much to me as a mom. Hannah, I truly cannot thank you enough for the way you took care of us. You made me feel heard, respected, and completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. You were so patient with both me and Gia, and you treated this special moment like it mattered just as much to you as it did to me. Your kindness and professionalism made such a lasting impression on me, and I’m genuinely grateful that you were the person who got to share this moment with us. You can truly tell that Hannah cares about the babies and the parents, not just the service itself. She made the entire experience feel safe, calm, and special. It was worth every single dollar, and honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any of my kids. I’m so grateful we had Nurse Hannah for such a special moment with Gia. Thank you again, Hannah, for being so wonderful and for making Gia’s first piercing experience such a beautiful memory for us.

  I’m excited to leaving this review for the professional service I received from ( Nurse Hannah)! I wanted to check out my bucket list, getting my noise pierced ✅😍 Hannah was wonderful, she took my nerves and explained what to expect! It was exactly what she said I would feel, Deep breath and pressure and then placing jewelry in and it’s Done ✅ ✅🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🥳 . Hannah is the GOAT ✅✅✅🙌🏽😍 I plan to go back and get second hole done .✅ 💯💯💯💯💯

  Ponerle los aretes a mi bebé aquí fue la mejor decisión. Desde que entramos hasta que salimos nos trataron con amabilidad. La enfermera Cecilia nos explicó todo a la perfección y fue muy cariñosa con mi hija, nos encantó su trabajo. Todo se veía pulcro y muy bonito. Además te atienden en inglés y español. 100% recomendada esta locación.

  I would not recommend this place. April (the name on the name tag she wore) decided to do both ears at once, with a different attendant on each ear. The attendant on my left ear (let’s call her Miss B cos I didn’t read her name tag) got the alignment wrong. She asked if I wanted them to pierce again to correct it and told me the incorrect hole would heal quickly. I agreed. They removed the earring and pierced my left ear a third time. I came in for two piercings and left with three punctures. What happened at the register was worse. The $20 healing spray had been added to my bill automatically, and I asked whether it could be waived as an apology. Miss B declined, saying they were already gifting me the replacement earrings they had opened because of the mistake. That isn't a gift. Those earrings only needed opening because the first piercing was wrong, and the extra pair is of no use to me. April then added that I had agreed to pierce the left ear through an old, closed hole, and they were just following that. First of all, I couldn't see where that old hole was supposed to be. Secondly, I’ve explained I don't remember having a second piercing there. What I actually said: I trusted her and her professional judgment on placement that would line up with my existing first lobe. It's now Sunday (piercing happened Friday) and the left ear is still quite painful. The right ear was done at the same time and is barely sore. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was the lack of accountability afterward. I took an extra puncture because of their error and was still charged in full, spray included, and made to feel as though the situation was my doing. Then, right after that conversation, the male cashier asked if I wanted to leave a tip for April. If you make a mistake on a customer's body, the minimum is to acknowledge it, take responsibility, and show some goodwill toward the person dealing with the consequences. I didn't get that here.
