    Customer service has really gone down hill at this location and this store is not recommended for women of color. I walked in and was ignored and treated like I was invisible. When I walked up to someone to get assistance I was treated like I was bothering them. I asked to speak to a manager and later found out the person who I spoke to lied about being a manager. I then called to get district manager contact information and spoke to manager Tara who was dismissive, disrespectful, and aggressive. She repeatedly spoke over me and did nothing to address my concerns.

    The employee was rude when I ask about my card payment being paid in store. He told me you can’t pay in store. I I told him OK how do I pay my card? He said from the number on the back of the card you will have to call them. It was almost like he didn’t want help me!! I didn’t appreciate the tone, especially with all the money I spent at Sephora. I sat there weekly and never. The other employee next to him though was really great he told me to go online go under my profile and he broke it down for me. I just don’t understand why the first employee couldn’t do same

    The cashier has insane attitude for no reason. I was just checking my two items out and zero sense of customer service. Please teach your employees proper customer service, Sephora. Another employee was very nice, however, she helped me out!

    I placed a same-day delivery order with Sephora, but when it arrived, one of the two items I paid for was missing. Customer service told me the refund would take 3–10 days and suggested I contact the store directly, I didn’t want to wait, this was Mother’s Day gift for my mom. When I called the store, instead of helping, they immediately suggested the driver may have taken the item. Uber even contacted the driver, and after speaking with him myself, I truly believe he delivered exactly what he was given. I called the store back and spoke with the manager (I believe her name was Tara). She became very rude and aggressive on the phone, raising her voice instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. What surprised me most was that she acted as if she was the one being inconvenienced or offended, when I was the customer dealing with the missing order and the stress of the situation. She told me I had 45 minutes to come pick up the missing item before they closed and offered me free products as compensation after I told her how rude she was being, I did not go because I don’t want anything for free, I simply wanted the order I already paid for, delivered correctly and handled professionally. They had the opportunity to make things right from the very first phone call instead of immediately blaming the driver and avoiding responsibility. I got a refund instead. Very disappointing experience, especially how quickly blame was placed on the driver instead of taking responsibility for the store’s mistake.

    My daughter drags me to this Sephora all the time. Honestly, the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d keep coming back as long as my daughter keeps coming here.
